2. Visual Confirmation Photographs and videos provided before shipment are accurate representations of the material. Once the client approves the material and shipment proceeds, that approval serves as final confirmation of acceptance.
3. Claims & Refund Policy - Any claim related to breakage, mismatch, or visible quality issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the material. - Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence. - Refunds or replacements will only apply to approved claims based on the quality assurance policy. - After installation, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Limited Liability: Mundus Global Experts LLP is not liable for:
- Any damage during unloading or handling at the client’s site.
- Delays caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- Any indirect loss (such as project delays or loss of profit) arising from material issues or transit delays. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied under the specific invoice.
5. Jurisdiction All transactions are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
6. Compliance & Sourcing All materials are sourced from licensed Indian quarries and registered factories. We strictly comply with environmental, labor, and export regulations under Indian law.
7. Intellectual Property All images, text, and product descriptions on this website are the property of Mundus Global Experts LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Communication & Documentation Official communication is valid only through the company’s registered email and WhatsApp business number. Verbal or informal confirmations are not legally binding unless supported by written approval.
