This granite is quarried exclusively in Chimakurthy, Andhra Pradesh, India, making its origin and authenticity easily traceable. The characteristic golden flecks are due to bronzite, a natural mineral, embedded within the stone’s dark norite/gabbro matrix, lending it a “starry night sky” appearance. Known for exceptional durability, Black Galaxy Granite is more resistant and stronger than regular granite, with over 10 million cubic meters sold worldwide.
